Event Schedule

Saturday, October 11th, 2025

• TBD - Operation Brotherly Love: A select few highly trained and experienced individuals will be selected to assist with the delivery and set-up of the wedding decorations, lights, wine, beer, and more. Information on this mission will be briefed to those selected - more to follow!

Sunday, October 12th 2025

• 1:00pm - 2:15pm - Guests will have transportation via Limo Today in a (28) Passenger Shuttle Bus departing the hotel at Holiday Inn Express Midtown and ending at the German Society of Philadelphia

• 2:00pm - 3:00pm - Cocktail Hour (Craft Beer & Wine Bar) with a String Trio from Miss Musique.

• 3:00pm - 4:00pm - Wedding Ceremony in the Upstairs Library

• 4:00pm - 9:00pm - Wedding Reception with Buffet-style Catering, Open Bar (Craft Beer & Wine Bar), and performances by Doubtfull.

• 9:00pm - 11:00pm - Guests will have transportation via Limo Today in a (28) Passenger Shuttle Bus departing the German Society of Philadelphia Hand ending at the Holiday Inn Express Midtown

• 10:00pm - 12:00am - Wedding After Party at Vintage Wine Bar & Bistro
